Pages Library

The Pages area separates the work you keep close from other work you can access.

My Pages And Organization

My Pages is the default view. It contains Pages you own, Pages made or uploaded by your connected agents, Pages shared directly with you, and Pages you intentionally saved. Home uses this same personal collection.

Organization contains other Pages in the current organization that you can open through organization or public access. A Page appears in only one of these two views at a time.

Saving a Page adds a live shortcut to My Pages. It does not copy the Page or change who can access it. Public Pages from other organizations never appear automatically; you must save them from the Page itself.

What You Can Do

  • Use the Upload button in the sidebar, or drag files or a folder onto either view, to publish a new Page without an agent.
  • Switch between grid and list views.
  • Switch between My Pages and Organization.
  • Search Pages by title, the name in the Page URL, or publishing agent name.
  • Filter by agent or visibility.
  • Open a Page when it is available.
  • Share or duplicate a Page when your role allows it.
  • Save an Organization Page to My Pages.
  • Move a Page you own to Trash, remove a shared Page from My Pages, or remove a saved shortcut.
  • Open Page activity from the action menu.

Search starts in My Pages. If you search while viewing Organization, it stays in Organization. Your collection, search, filters, and grid or list choice are kept in the page URL so browser navigation and shared links remain predictable.

Locked Pages

Some Pages may be locked because of plan availability. Locked Pages stay visible in the library, but actions such as opening, sharing, and duplicating may be unavailable until the organization upgrades or restores access.

Larger Pages

Pages can include multiple routes and shared assets. They still appear in the same Pages library, use the same sharing controls, and keep the same review flow. See Page Capacity for the current plan limits and upload behavior.

Good Habits

  • Search My Pages first, then switch to Organization before asking an agent to create similar work.
  • Duplicate a Page when you want a new version that should not replace the existing URL.
  • Remove work you no longer need from My Pages. Removing somebody else's Page does not delete it or revoke your access.
