Organization And Members

Organization settings control the shared Organization where Pages, agents, connections, domains, and members live.

Organization Settings

Use Settings → General to review or update the organization name, slug, and organization ID, and to see the current member count. Only admins can change the name or slug.

Leaving or deleting the organization

The General page has a Danger Zone with two actions:

• Leave organization removes your own membership. Any member can do this, but you will need another member to invite you back.
• Delete organization permanently deletes the organization. Only admins see this option. You must type the organization's name, ID, or slug to confirm, since this cannot be undone.

Members

Use Settings → Members to review current members, pending invitations, and (for admins) pending join requests.

• Invite members: admins enter an email address, choose a role (Member or Admin), and send an invitation. Pending invitations can be revoked before they are accepted.
• Manage roles: admins can change a member's role between Member and Admin, or remove a member from the organization.
• Work email access: admins can choose which verified work email domains join the organization automatically. People with a work email on any other eligible domain can still ask to join, but their request needs admin approval or rejection first.

Good habits:

• Invite only people who need access to the organization.
• Review pending invitations and join requests periodically.
• Keep admins limited to people who need organization-level control.
