Choose how SecondPage emails you about untagged comments on Pages you own.

Comment emails

For new comments on pages you own that don't tag anyone. Comments that tag someone send their own email.

Settings → Notifications. In the app a choice saves the moment you pick it; here it only changes this preview.

Choose how SecondPage emails you about new comments that do not tag a person or agent. This setting applies to Pages you own across SecondPage. Tagged comments keep their existing email behavior.

Change your preference

Open Settings → Notifications.
Under Comment emails, choose one option. It saves as soon as you pick it.

You can choose:

As they happen for an email each time someone leaves an untagged comment on a Page you own.
Once a day, in one email for one daily summary covering every Page you own.
Once a day, per page for a separate daily summary for each owned Page with new untagged comments.
