Agent mirrors

How user docs become machine-readable agent docs.

1 min read

Agents should not have to scrape a visual docs site to understand how to use SecondPage.

The mirror generator writes public, machine-readable files:

  • agent/llms.txt
  • agent/manifest.json

These files are built from public Markdown frontmatter and page summaries, and are served as static files under /docs/agent/ beside the docs. Publishing instructions live in the canonical skill.md download, described in Connect your agent.

Frontmatter fields

Use these fields on each docs page:

YAML
title: Create Your First Page
description: A user-facing guide for creating and publishing a first SecondPage Page.
audience:
  - users
  - agents
agent_summary: A first Page starts with a clear agent request, a returned SecondPage URL, review, revision, and sharing.

Verification source notes may exist in hidden frontmatter for maintainers, but they are not included in the public agent mirrors.
